    Having invested in a new-build bespoke factory in mainland GB, and with our main office based in Northern Ireland, we decided that a security camera system was imperative. IPM Group have provided us with a first-rate service from the start. Installation was quick and hassle free; the cameras are of an excellent quality – we have a live feed to our main office; and any issues or queries have been promptly investigated and responded to.

    We partnered with IPM in 2012 as our previous security company were failing to protect our business. Since moving to IPM we have received the highest level of security and as a business feel very safe in their hands. They always go the extra mile and are very quick to identify any issues and fix them for us, I would not hesitate to recommend them.

    On a challenging site, severely overlooked and in a vulnerable location IPM ensured man guards were available with a presence onsite at extremely short notice, meanwhile, the IPM team turned around a camera system solution to propose to ourselves within 24 hours. IPM don’t only offer a fantastic security service once appointed, but are also helpful, friendly and approachable at pre-contract stage.

    IPM Group cleaning department and its stellar staff for the exceptional job they have been doing at the New York Stadium in Rotherham. The attention to detail and the level of cleanliness they achieve is truly impressive. Their team demonstrates a proactive approach, actively looking for areas that need attention and making necessary improvements without being prompted.
